Course access is granted upon payment confirmation and is personal to you; sharing your login or access with others is prohibited.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 10% of the Course modules.
After 7 days, or after exceeding the completion threshold above, enrollment fees are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.
6. Continuing Education (CE) Credit
The Course is designed to meet NBHWC requirements for continuing education hours, including CE hours associated with AI-simulated coaching practice sessions, consistent with NBHWC approval.
It is your responsibility to confirm with NBHWC or any other credentialing body that Course completion satisfies your specific CE requirements before relying on it for recertification or licensure purposes.
We do not guarantee that any particular credentialing body other than NBHWC will accept Course completion for CE purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including videos, written content, worksheets, frameworks, and assessments are the property of Stoplight Health, LLC and are protected by copyright. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use Course materials for your own learning. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share Course materials;
Record or redistribute video content;
Use Course materials to create a competing product or training program.
8. Professional and Medical Disclaimer
The Course provides coaching education and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Course content does not establish a clinician-patient relationship and should not be used as a sole basis for clinical decisions. You remain responsible for practicing within your own professional scope of practice, licensure, and applicable law.
9. AI-Simulated Practice Sessions
Where the Course includes AI-simulated coaching practice sessions, you understand that:
These sessions involve interaction with an AI system, not a real client or patient;
Session content may be recorded or logged to verify completion and support CE documentation;
You should not enter real client, patient, or other identifiable third-party information into these sessions.
10. Code of Conduct
You agree to use the Course in good faith and not to:
Share access credentials with others;
Harass or abuse PHCA staff, instructors, or fellow students in any Course community or discussion space;
Misrepresent your credentials or Course completion status.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, career results, or income from completing the Course.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoplight Health, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the Course will not exceed the amount you paid for enrollment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stoplight Health, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Course, your professional practice, or your violation of these Terms.
