Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number; Stripe provides us limited transaction details (e.g., amount, date, last four digits) for recordkeeping.
Course activity: module completion, quiz and assessment responses, time spent, and progress data, tracked through Thinkific.
AI-simulated practice session content: if the Course includes AI-simulated coaching practice sessions used toward continuing education (CE) hours, we may retain records of session completion and related transcripts or summaries as needed to support your CE documentation and NBHWC approval requirements.
Communications: messages you send us (e.g., support requests, emails) and any information you volunteer in them.
Technical data: standard web/cookie data collected automatically by Thinkific (device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed) for site operation and analytics.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
Enroll you in and give you access to the Course;
Process payments and maintain financial records;
Track and certify your completion and CE hours;
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
Send Course-related communications (e.g., module releases, deadlines, certificate delivery);
